Job summary

The University of South Dakota College of Arts & Sciences seeks an Enrollment Advisor to support strategies that grow undergraduate enrollment and engage prospective students with our programs in Vermillion.

You will coordinate campus visits, collaborate with chairs and faculty, manage the recruitment funnel, work with high school partners, and help communicate majors with growth potential while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospective students, families, educators, and campus stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus visit events for the College of Arts & Sciences including individual visits and class schedules.
• Collaborate with department chairs, faculty, and staff on recruitment processes.
• Manage the college’s recruitment funnel and communications for admitted students.
• Design engagement strategies with regional high school teachers to promote majors.
• Expand communication plans for growth-oriented majors.
• Lead a team of current students in engagement activities.
