Job summary

New River Community and Technical College is seeking an Advancement and Recruitment Specialist to drive student enrollment through recruitment events, campus visits, and outreach activities.

You will coordinate presentations, manage leads, and collaborate with campus partners to promote academic programs and student services. Travel to events is required to engage prospective students and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment, sales, or marketing experience.
• Experience representing the college at high schools and community colleges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and participate in relevant recruitment events with the Office of Institutional Advancement.
• Document communications and activities with prospective students.
• Present to large and small groups on behalf of the college and its programs.
• Develop and execute community outreach to increase enrollment and engagement.
