Job summary

Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School is seeking an Enrollment Manager to lead prospective family experiences and drive student recruitment. You will engage applicant families, manage parent ambassadors, and execute admissions programming with high energy and organization.

The role requires coordinating tours, events, and outreach while collaborating with school teams to build a strong admissions pipeline in the Chicago community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5 years in nonprofit sector preferred
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective families with timely, welcoming communication throughout the enrollment cycle
• Lead campus tours, showcasing academic programs, facilities, and community culture
• Manage applicant tracking and data entry to ensure accurate records
• Support all stages of the prospective family application process from inquiry to enrollment
• Gather admissions data and feedback to refine recruitment and family engagement strategies
