The role requires a seasoned, relational leader who collaborates with families, faculty, and leaders to ensure exceptional teaching, robust student life, and thoughtful program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Significant successful experience as a school leader in an independent or Jewish day school.
• Experience teaching or working with middle school students.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Middle School and oversee its day-to-day operation.
• Articulate a clear vision for Middle School learning, character, and Jewish identity.
• Collaborate with division heads to ensure continuity and alignment with school priorities.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive culture for students, families, and staff.
• Coach, evaluate, and support Middle School faculty and staff.
