Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to support enrollment operations by maintaining accurate member records and assisting with related inquiries. The role ensures timely support and documentation for coverage and benefits.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve enrollment issues and keep files up to date.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months general office experience with dependability.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and listening skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, procedures and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Keeps current knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies it in all functions.
• Provides written, verbal, or in-person customer service by responding to inquiries and documenting them per plan benefits.
• Maintains member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolves eligibility and enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs, PBMs, etc.).
• Handles inbound and outbound correspondence (ID cards, eligibility packets).
• Researches and resolves complex enrollment issues and irregularities.
• Responds to inquiries from examiners and billing processors regarding enrollment issues.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
