Job summary

Charter One is seeking a Registration Specialist to support enrollment and records compliance across AZ, NC, and SC, working from our North Carolina corporate office. The role requires handling registrations, waitlists, and lotteries with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.

You will support data reporting, compliance with FERPA, and coordination with campus teams to inform families about enrollment status while upholding Charter One's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and Excel data management.
• Strong attention to detail in enrollment and records processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain registration and application systems to ensure timely processing for a range of schools and states.
• Manage enrollment, waitlist, and lottery processes across multiple campuses.
• Ensure proper storage and purge data in accordance with Records Retention.
• Respond to staff and parents within 24 hours with a high level of service.
• Audit data and rectify discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
