Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and update member records under supervision.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic transfers.
• Address enrollment questions and resolve issues for clients.
• Coordinate with teams to implement plan benefits and eligibility changes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive member data.
• Assist with development of resources and reporting requirements.
• Test data files and validate downstream interfaces.
• Support non-standard reporting and system testing.
