Job summary

The Enrollment Counselor at OSU-Institute of Technology (OSUIT) on the Tulsa campus recruits and coordinates enrollment activities for OSUIT programs. You review student information to determine admission eligibility and assist with the financial aid process, serving as a key contact to support students through the education and job placement journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in a higher education setting, preferably in an advisement or recruitment capacity.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centered environment.
• Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments with minimal supervision.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required if using a personal or university vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and coordination of enrollment management activities for OSUIT programs at the OSU-Tulsa campus.
• Review information provided by students to determine eligibility for admission and enrollment.
• Assist students with the financial aid process and act as a point of contact to support their progress.
