Job summary

Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to assist the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships with the administration of all student financial aid programs.

You will counsel students and families, provide information and customer service, and conduct workshops and presentations on financial aid to high schools, businesses, and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative or managerial experience.
• Experience with federal Title IV financial aid and scholarships or related federal regulations and programs.
• Experience using federal aid data systems including NSLDS, FAFSA SAR/ISIR, SAIG, EDconnect, and COD systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships with administration of all student financial aid programs.
• Provide counseling, information, and customer service to students, parents, faculty, staff, and administration.
• Conduct on-campus and off-campus workshops and financial aid presentations to high schools, businesses, career day programs, departments, and divisions.
