Berkshire Community College (BCC) seeks an Enrollment Counselor to join the One Stop Enrollment Center in Pittsfield, MA. The role supports recruitment, enrollment processing, and outreach with prospective students and partner schools.
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the counselor will conduct campus tours, information sessions, and participate in events while maintaining student records in CRM systems and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

The One Stop Enrollment Center is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and service-oriented environment. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this position will serve as a member of the enrollment services team and support recruitment initiatives, including meeting with prospective students, assisting with the enrollment process including certificate or degree program overview and admission requirements. The Enrollment Counselor is responsible for planning and conducting recruitment events both on and off campus including high school visits, campus tours, group visits, college fairs, and community events.
*Actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
