Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support carrier enrollment for medical staff within our value-based care model. You will partner with Revenue Cycle Analysts and billing specialists to enroll providers across multiple commercial plans and maintain credentialing data in Athena.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of medical credentialing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple enrollments in a fast‑paced environment while safeguarding

Qualifications

• High School diploma and at least 2 years of medical credentialing experience.
• Experience with Athena EMR software preferred.
• Experience with credentialing and database management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll providers with commercial payers.
• Assist providers with enrollment applications.
• Liaise between health plans and the organization to resolve enrollment issues.
• Update provider and payer credentialing tables in Athena.
• Understand provider billing processes for commercial payers.
• Develop internal enrollment processes.
• Provide status updates to Revenue Cycle Team and Operations Leaders.
• Collaborate with Provider Services, Revenue Cycle Management and Field Operations.
