John Jay College of Criminal Justice is a senior college of the City University of New York (CUNY) and an internationally recognized leader in educating for justice. Led by President Karol V. POSITION OVERVIEW
John Jay College’s One-Stop: Jay Express Services is the College community’s "one-stop" source to access essential, reliable, up-to-date information and perform integrated, multi-faceted transactions related to student enrollment, registration, financial aid, academic records, accounts, and billing functions. With services designed to simplify and improve the user experience, and through providing a professional, coordinated approach to doing business, enhanced by technology and a welcoming "can-do" spirit, Jay Express Services fosters a culture that supports and advances student success.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of the College’s One Stop: Jay Express Services, and serving as key member of the department’s Front Counter operations, this position will have responsibility for providing effective and efficient direct support and service to all students who visit One Stop: Jay Express Services, paying particularly close attention to providing the best level of customer service possible with each interaction. Additionally, on an as needed basis, this position will also be responsible for providing back-up support for functions associated with servicing the department’s Call Center operations.

Bachelor's Degree required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$44,411 - $60,394
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
