Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Communications Associate to craft enrollment communications and maintain day-to-day materials, not a marketing role. The position focuses on customized electronic and print communications for institutional clients, with client-specific requirements.

Based in NYC, the role offers the possibility of remote or hybrid work after an initial training period, with standard hours and a collaborative team environment to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent; strong written communication and editing skills required.
• Experience in business writing, client correspondence, and preparing presentation materials.
• Familiarity with enrollment communications, insurance or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review client communications, including Word documents, enrollment websites, and webinar materials, with a focus on executive benefits.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, complete, compliant, and aligned with templates and standards.
• Coordinate with other teams for timely production of paper mailings and websites.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop process efficiencies.
