Qualifikationen

• Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel about 12 weeks per year for recruitment.
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusive practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated, task oriented and able to work with limited supervision.

Aufgaben

• Plan, manage and conduct recruitment and counseling in an assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit statistical reports and summaries of recruitment activities.
• Review and evaluate applications of prospective students.
• Develop and maintain communication with prospective students, parents and counselors.
• Assist with on- and off-campus admissions programs.
• Support tele counseling, social media, alumni outreach, and outreach to diverse communities.
• Conduct group and individual information sessions for prospective students and parents.
• Attend events such as College Fairs, Preview Days, Admitted Student Days.
• Coordinate mailings of recruitment invites and literature.
• Provide guidance to admitted students on financial aid, billing and orientation.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
