Mercer University is searching for an Enrollment Associate on the Atlanta, Georgia campus.
Provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support for the Admissions, Recruitment, and Student Success functions to advance institutional enrollment goals and student success initiatives. Serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students, assists with admissions and recruitment activities, maintains accurate student data and records through CRM and Student Information Systems, and supports application completion efforts across multiple campus and distance learning locations. Collaborates closely with Enrollment Management staff to deliver responsive student services, promote academic programs, and contribute to the effective execution of enrollment strategies. Performs additional duties as assigned in support of departmental operations.
A high school diploma or GED and two years of administrative support in a professional, academic, or business office, which must include data entry, are required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to produce correspondence and reports. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to assist in attracting, serving, recruiting and enrolling prospective students. Must possess the utmost professionalism in maintaining confidentiality and privacy, exercising judgement, resolving conflict, and managing time-sensitive priorities (work accuracy under deadlines).
