The Georgia Film Academy supports a collaboration of institutions of the University System of Georgia, Technical College System of Georgia, and Independent institutions that offer professional courses in film, television, digital entertainment, Esports, and game development.
The Enrollment and Partnership Manager is responsible for the strategic management of all aspects of student recruitment, partnerships, and inter-institutional collaboration for the state-wide academic unit. This role involves developing, executing, and evaluating recruitment strategies, building and sustaining relationships with industry partners, and acting as the primary liaison between the various campuses and stakeholders involved in the academic consortium.
Bachelor's degree and over three years of related experience required.
Technical proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools, to effectively track recruitment and partnership metrics.
Industry knowledge: A deep understanding of the film and entertainment industry, including current trends, production workflows, and professional networks.
Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, from prospective students to industry executives.
