The role requires collaboration across enrollment, finance, and academic teams, integrating SIS data with GIS-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The position emphasizes predictive modeling, demographic trend analysis, and the creation of tools for proactive enrollment management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in statistics, data analytics, geography, economics, public policy, education, or related quantitative field with 5 years of data analysis or enrollment planning experience.
• Experience with student information system data or large administrative datasets; proficiency in R/Python for data analysis; GIS experience.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enrollment patterns, mobility trends, retention, and recruitment outcomes to inform district strategies.
• Develop multi-year enrollment projections for budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.
• Create maps and spatial analyses to support planning and enrollment decisions.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and district leadership to align projections with budgets and long-range plans.
• Present analyses and recommendations to district leadership and stakeholders.
