Heritage University is seeking an Admissions Counselor to manage the enrollment pipeline and recruit students for bachelor’s and master’s programs in the Yakima Valley. You will handle applications with accuracy, provide outstanding customer service, and collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Affairs, and faculty to enroll a diverse student body that reflects Heritage’s mission.

As the first contact for prospective students, you’ll engage families and community partners, promote Heritage

Competenze

• Experience in higher education serving diverse students preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with faculty, staff and community partners.
• 2-5 years’ experience with low-income, first-generation and/or students with different abilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or Jenzabar EX is a plus.

Mansioni

• Represent Heritage University professionally to prospective students and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and FERPA compliance.
• Recruit students for bachelor’s and master’s programs by engaging local schools and community groups.
• Communicate with prospective students by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Meet and work toward department goals for inquiries, applications, admissions, and enrollment.
• Build enrollment pipelines by coordinating with high schools and community partners.
• Collaborate with financial aid, advising, registrar, and other campus offices for smooth transitions from applicant to student.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Heritage programs, policies, and outcomes.
