• Conduct telephone and MS Teams interviews to assess eligibility.

• Provide information on program requirements, tuition, financial aid, and scholarships.
• Collaborate with financial aid and academic advising to ensure a smooth process.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and encourage enrollment.
• Represent Milan Institute at college fairs and school visits.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and education policies to address inquiries.
