Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for students navigating enrollment, admissions, advising, and registration.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, walk-ins, and virtual channels.
• Guide students through enrollment funnels and PCC platforms (PimaConnect, Career Coach, MyPima, MyDegreePlan).
• Maintain confidential student records per FERPA and assist with degree planning.
