Job summary

Southern Careers Institute SCI is seeking an Admissions Representative for our San Antonio North Campus. The role serves as the trusted enrollment advisor, guiding prospective students through the admissions process on-site at 6963 NW Loop 410, 78238.

You will conduct interviews, share accurate program information, and maintain an active pipeline using CRM, while coordinating with Financial Aid and Career Services to support informed enrollment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative interviews with prospective students.
• Provide information on programs, admissions requirements, costs, and outcomes.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment.
• Maintain a pipeline of inquiries and applicants using CRM.
• Execute timely follow-up and student engagement activities.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Maintain admissions records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, Career Services, and Student Services.
• Participate in outreach, recruiting, and orientation activities.
• Adhere to all regulations and provide transparent consumer information.
