Job summary

Southern Careers Institute (SCI) is expanding our Austin Campus and seeking an Admissions Representative. You will serve as a trusted enrollment advisor, guiding prospective students through the admissions process while ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal requirements.

You will conduct consultative interviews, provide program information, manage inquiries in a CRM, and collaborate with Financial Aid and Student Services to support informed enrollment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Admissions, Recruiting, Staffing, Business Development, Sales, Retail Leadership, Career Services or Career Coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, costs, and outcomes.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of inquiries using CRM systems.
• Execute timely follow-up and student engagement activities.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, Career Services, and Student Services.
