Public Partnerships LLC is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to convert warm inbound leads into enrollments through consultative, phone-based sales conversations. Job Summary: The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for converting warm inbound leads into committed program enrollments through consultative, phone-based sales conversations. This role educates consumers on PPL's Medicaid self-direction programs, assesses eligibility and needs, addresses objections, and secures a verbal commitment to enroll while managing each lead through the enrollment commitment stage. The Enrollment Advisor prioritizes leads based on established tier guidelines, maintains accurate and timely documentation in lead tracking systems and Salesforce, and executes seamless warm handoffs to Enrollment Specialists to ensure a positive consumer experience. Success in this role requires strong objection-handling, active listening, adaptable communication skills, disciplined lead management, and consistent achievement of monthly enrollment commitment goals.
$26.93 - $30.29 / hourly This role is eligible for a base salary within the posted range. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation may vary for positions based in high cost-of-labor markets.
Remote with occasional business travel. Residence in or proximity to Pennsylvania or Virginia preferred. Standard business hours Monday through Friday; Eastern or Central time zone strongly preferred.
