Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to be self-motivated while handling multiple tasks.
• Preference given to candidates with advising, marketing, or sales experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, telephony, and CRM systems.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic Park University presentations and Gilbert Campus tours.
• Collect inquiries and input data daily to track recruitment goals.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to grow inquiries, admissions, and starts.
• Coordinate with multiple offices to support enrollment progress and paperwork.
• Engage prospective students via calls, visits, emails, texts, and events.
• Represent the university at fairs, events, and orientations to promote attendance.
• Support student engagement from inquiry to start term and beyond.
