Edina Public Schools is seeking a Kids' Club Site Lead for the Early Learning and Family Center. The role involves supervising Kids' Club Leads and assisting program specialists to maintain a safe, welcoming environment where children thrive.

Location is the Early Learning and Family Center with a full-time, year-round schedule. Pay ranges from $20.76 to $25.85 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending plans, and participation in PERA and a 403(b)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, CPI, and DHS Certification within six months of hire.

In this role, you'll support and advance Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values by assisting program specialists in the supervision of Kids' Club Leads and helping ensure the safe, smooth operation of the site. You'll play a key role in creating a caring, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow.

As part of the Edina Public Schools community - home to more than 8,500 diverse student learners across our early learning center, elementary schools, middle schools, high school, and virtual pathway program - you'll help carry that same spirit of excellence and inclusion into the Little Kids Club Program, working alongside staff and families to support each child's journey.

Location: Early Learning and Family Center
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM-3:45 PM or 9:15 AM-5:45 PM alternating shifts
Pay Range: $20.76 - $25.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Type: Full-time, 12-month, year-round role

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related work experience
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and DHS Certification upon hire or within six months of employment
• A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• The ability to stay adaptable, attentive to detail, and work independently
