Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of teaching (K-12) and/or program management experience.
• Experience in after-school programs or youth facilities is a plus.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for program success.
• Computer savvy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, and multiple operating systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
• Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Commitment to experiential education for underserved youth across programs.
• TB Test Clearance & Live Scan Clearance (background check).
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide vaccine record.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, consistent support to enrichment instructors to foster growth and success.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and enhance instructor and program quality.
• Coach and train enrichment instructors with tailored guidance to maximize impact.
• Design and plan engaging class and camp programs using a creative toolkit.
• Support the success of enrichment programs at current and new partner sites.
• Maintain open communication with the enrichment director, instructors, and staff.
• Plan and execute program launches ensuring training and support are organized for success.
• Ensure activities fit campus needs and student abilities.
