Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of teaching (K-12) and/or program management experience.
• Experience in after-school programs or youth recreational facilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for program success.
• Computer savvy with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Docs.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear support to enrichment instructors and guide their growth.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and enhance program quality.
• Coach and train instructors to maximize impact.
• Design and plan engaging class and camp programs.
• Maintain open communication with the enrichment director and staff.
• Plan launches and ensure training and support for new programs.
