The full-time Enrichment Coordinator oversees an average of 15-30 schools throughout the region. The enrichment coordinator plays a pivotal role across all levels of the enrichment department, managing many instructors and maintaining efficient communication. This position is perfect for an individual passionate about working with youth, brimming with creative program ideas, and adept at training and coaching staff. We’re seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms for the duration of their shift; occasionally they may be required to sit. The person selected for this position reports to the Enrichment Manager and works out of the Torrance office. The person selected for this position must be available and flexible to travel throughout the areas where arc does business to conduct program site visits, evaluations or meet with stakeholders. The Enrichment Coordinator is a full-time, benefit eligible, position.
