Job summary

Benevilla is seeking an Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) for its Surprise, Sun City and Peoria adult day programs. This role involves engaging members in meaningful activities, assisting with daily living, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The position offers $15.65 per hour and a 30–39 hour work week with coverage across three locations. Reliable transportation to Peoria, Sun City or Surprise is required, along with a high school diploma and caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years caregiving or adult day program experience.
• Background check clearance required.
• Fingerprints, CPR, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers, and Article 9 certification provided with cost assistance.

All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ

$15.65 per hour (non‑negotiable due to contract rates)

Schedule: 30‑39 hours per week between 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Will be floating/covering as needed at any of our three life enrichment programs located in Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ (programs closed evenings and weekends).

• Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
• Assist with personal care and daily living needs.

• Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.

What You’ll Need:

• Reliable transportation to Peoria, Sun City or Surprise.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification (assistance with costs provided).
