Job summary

Concorde Education seeks enthusiastic instructors to provide enrichment programs at partner schools and community locations. Roles are independent contractor assignments, with on-site instruction for elementary to high school students and rolling start dates.

Compensation starts at $50+ per instructional hour and varies by assignment, qualifications, experience, location, and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
At least 60 completed college credits or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans, provided curriculum, or instructor-developed activities when appropriate.
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and learning styles.
Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom management throughout each session.
Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives regarding attendance and scheduling.
Follow school policies and safety expectations.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
