Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide enrichment programs for elementary to high school students. We seek enthusiastic instructors from education, creative, technical, athletic, and professional backgrounds for future independent contractor assignments.

Assignments vary by partner school in grade level, schedule, duration and focus. Compensation is determined per assignment and depends on factors such as location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant experience) required.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, or community settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using lesson plans or provided curriculum.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and abilities.
• Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom management during sessions.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
• Follow all school policies and safety protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
