Job summary

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide engaging enrichment programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. We are seeking enthusiastic instructors from a variety of educational, creative, technical, athletic, and professional backgrounds to lead hands-on, engaging programs in their areas of expertise.

These are part-time, independent contractor instructional opportunities.

Qualifications

60+ completed college credits or relevant professional experience appropriate to the assignment.
Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, instructing, or leading youth programs.
Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community programs, or similar settings.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and classroom management skills.
Reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction.
Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum, approved lesson plans, or appropriate instructor-developed activities.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to different ages and experience levels.
Maintain appropriate student supervision and follow school safety and site procedures.
Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education regarding attendance, scheduling, and program needs.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
