Qualifications

• 60+ completed college credits or equivalent professional experience
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or leading youth programs
• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for each instructional session using lesson plans or supplied curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage active student participation across varying ages and abilities.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout sessions.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
• Follow school policies, site procedures, and safety expectations.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
