Oregon Community Credit Union in Bend, Oregon is seeking an experienced Personal Banker (Enrichment Advisor) to help members navigate financial needs, open accounts, fund loans, and tailor solutions that fit both current and future financial wellbeing. You’ll build lasting relationships through warm, personalized service while opening accounts and processing loan applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of similar or related experience.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong relationship-building and personalized service skills.
• Ability to identify needs, explain options clearly, and recommend appropriate products.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term member relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending financial solutions based on individual needs.
• Open accounts and accurately process member requests, loan applications, credit information, documentation, and disclosures.
• Help members understand OCCU’s personal and business products and services and make personalized recommendations that provide meaningful value.
• Provide exceptional service while taking ownership of member needs and effectively resolving more complex situations.
• Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, and balance cash when needed.
• Contribute to individual, branch, and OCCU service and sales goals while ensuring a positive member experience.
• Protect member information, maintain accurate records, and follow applicable OCCU procedures and BSA requirements.
