Job summary

Hearts & Hands Of Care, Inc in Alaska is seeking staff to coordinate and implement educational and enrichment activities, including Arts and Crafts, sports, and music. You will ensure participants have supplies, provide direct support, and help keep the Recreation Center clean and organized.

You will monitor participation, assist with scheduling, and support safety and security within the center. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years’ experience in the field or related field.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age and have a valid Alaska Driver License.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and direct educational and enrichment activities (Arts and Crafts, sports, Music).
• Ensure individuals have supplies and supports to complete activities.
• Help monitor cleanliness and organization of the Recreation Center to meet operation standards.
• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals.
• Maintain a census of participation and monitor safety and security in the Recreation Center.
