Christian Park Healthcare Center is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our team in Michigan. You will help plan, coordinate and deliver daily enrichment programs for residents, including field trips, crafts and celebrations, while supporting the director of activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to communicate well with residents, families and staff.
• Interest in planning and coordinating activities for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Implement activity programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
• Assist residents to and from activities and outings.
• Maintain positive rapport with family members and encourage family involvement.
• Complete attendance and participation records for activities in a timely manner.
• Support residents’ individual routines and preferences.
