Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in an Activities Department or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Document resident participation in activities and programs.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement recreational and social programs.
• Build positive relationships and encourage participation based on interests and abilities.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care goals.
