Job summary

Client Solution Architects seeks an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support our Fort Dodge, IA program. You will deliver doctrinal staff training on Army WfFs and support command staff exercises in a trainer role, ensuring alignment with the unit's strategic training plan.

The role requires an active Secret Clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and completion of Battle Staff NCO Course and Sergeants Major Academy. Previous Battalion level or higher Sergeants Major experience is preferred.

Enlisted Senior Trainer CSA Global LLC Enlisted Senior Trainer Fort Dodge, IA Army & Other Agencies Job Type Full-time Description Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Enlisted Senior Trainer to support our program at Fort Dodge, Iowa. For nearly 50 years CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.

How the Role will Make an Impact

• * Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
• Ensure training requests adhere to overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year.
• Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.

Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (subject immaterial), be a graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course, and have completed the Sergeants Major Academy.
• Possess previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience.
