Job summary

Juniper Landscaping is seeking an Enhancement Manager for our Landscape Maintenance team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will supervise field crews, schedule projects, and coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality landscape enhancement work.

You will manage budgets, monitor costs and profitability, uphold safety standards, and support account managers with proposals and client communications to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to estimate and design enhancement proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all landscape enhancement services and projects, coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling and guidance for the branch’s enhancement needs.
• Support Account Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Sell enhancement services and projects to clients.
• Train and develop team members in safety and quality standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Interview and hire team members as needed.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands.
• Maintain and manage equipment, tools, and stores.
• Order materials, manage costs, and coordinate deliveries.
• Update work orders and client billing paperwork.
• Maintain timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules in systems.

The Enhancement Manager is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all landscape enhancement services and projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work
• Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch’s enhancement service needs
• Supporting the Account Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals
• Understanding client needs via collaboration with Account Managers, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service
• Selling enhancement services and projects to clients
• Training and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actions
• Ensuring safety protocols are being followed by team members
• Interviewing and hiring team members
• Performing hands‑on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape enhancement projects
• Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used
• Ordering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveries
• Ensuring paperwork and reports are accurately updated/completed for work order tickets and client billing
• Maintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules
• Understanding budgets, labor, costs and gross profits on enhancement projects
• Other relevant job duties as needed.
