Juniper is seeking an Enhancement Manager for our Landscape Maintenance team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will oversee landscape enhancement projects, coordinate materials, people and equipment, manage budgets and ensure safety and quality across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Managing all landscape enhancement services and projects, including coordination of materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
• Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch enhancement needs.
• Supporting Account Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals.
• Understanding client needs via collaboration with Account Managers and meeting with clients to provide customer service.
