Juniper is seeking an Enhancement Manager (Landscape Maintenance) for our Orlando, FL location. The role oversees enhancement services, coordinates crews, and partners with Account Managers to develop proposals and ensure top-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Managing landscape enhancement services and projects, coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work.
• Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for the branch’s enhancement service needs.
• Supporting Account Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals.
• Understanding client needs through collaboration with Account Managers and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service.
• Selling enhancement services and projects to clients.
• Training and developing team members on proper equipment operation, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards; administering disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed by team members.
• Interviewing and hiring team members.
• Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape enhancement projects.
• Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used.
• Ordering materials as needed, managing costs, and coordinating deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and reports for work order tickets and client billing.
• Managing all required computer systems, including timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules.
• Understanding budgets, labor, costs, and gross profits on enhancement projects.
• Performing other relevant job duties as needed.
