Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping in Arizona is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades for residential and commercial properties, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements.

You will work with our crews on projects, follow plans, operate small landscape equipment, and communicate with teammates to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
