Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties.

You will follow project plans, operate small landscape equipment, lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying conditions. DOE pay, opportunities for advancement, steady year-round work, and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and dust.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Ability to take direction and follow crew plans.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape upgrades per project plans (plants, rock, irrigation adjustments).
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow instructions from crew leader and supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure timely completion and quality standards.

• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.

• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
