Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Residential Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a 1–2 person crew on residential landscaping projects. You will oversee routine maintenance, operate equipment, and ensure timely route execution using Aspire software.

The role requires 3+ years in landscape maintenance, at least 1 year leading crews, and strong communication with staff and clients. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
• Ability to manage and communicate with employees and onsite contacts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate gear on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning and cleanup with 1–2 crew members.
• Operate and maintain leaf blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment.
• Track hours and materials for the weekly maintenance route in Aspire.
