This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of one year experience as an Enhancement (Landscape and Hardscape) Crew Leader and provide a resume with contact information for a previous employer for verification.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $28 per hour, with potential for a higher rate based on experience, certifications, and licenses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement or Chauffeur’s License
• CDL License
• At least one year of experience as a Landscape or Hardscape Crew Leader
• DOT Medical Card (Preferred): Candidates without one must pass a federally required medical exam, including a drug test.

Application Requirements:

• Resumes must clearly list Landscape and Hardscape Crew Leader experience, landscaping experience, and all relevant licenses/certifications.
• Applications missing this information or submitted without a resume will not be considered.

You’d be responsible for:

• Ensuring efficiency and client standards are met
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Driving and maintaining our vehicles, training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, handling schedules, and reviewing charts and reports

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 3+ years of landscape install experience
• At least 1 year managing a 3+ person crew
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Reliable transportation

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• The ability to handle the physical demands of the work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking
• CDL
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well with others
