Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring efficiency and meeting client standards
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guiding soil, planting, watering, and insect control activities
• Driving and maintaining company vehicles, training personnel with a focus on safety, managing schedules, and reviewing charts and reports

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 years of landscape installation experience
• Minimum 1 year experience managing a crew of 2 or more people
• At least 1 year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience is a plus

Preferred qualifications include:

• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Strong leadership skills and familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking
• CDL license (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, backhoes, etc.
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Teamwork and leadership skills
