You’d be responsible for:

1. Efficiency and client standards are attained.
2. Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
3. Driving and maintaining our vehicles, training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, handling schedules, and reviewing charts and reports.

You might be a good fit if you have:

1. 2 years plus of landscape install experience.
2. 1 year (minimum) experience managing a 2+ person crew.
3. At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping is a must; supervisory experience is desired.

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

1. Driver’s license and good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping.
2. You must be able to handle the physicality of our work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.
3. CDL.
4. Reliable transportation.
5. Able to read architectural drawings.
6. Strong leadership skills.
7. Able to work well with others.
