Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Diagnostics in San Francisco, CA. The role offers flexible, anchor shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

The pay rate is $24.50 per hour with a fixed daytime shift and a program to claim extra shifts across sites. Candidates should meet basic security requirements and be able to lift 20+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff with site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and logs, report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a respectful, trauma-informed environment while enforcing site rules.
