Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain access records.
• Control vehicle, delivery, and personnel access at gates and loading areas following protocols.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify unusual activity or policy violations.
