Job summary

CompoSecure, L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on production professional to operate and maintain CNC machines, lamination, engraving, and card finishing equipment. The role requires adapting across functions, meticulous quality checks, and accurate production documentation.

You will collaborate with supervisors to resolve bottlenecks and ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong reading of drawings or CAD files, and familiarity with lean

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of: CNC, tacking, lamination, engraving, card finishing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD files.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support team flexibility.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Understanding of ISO or other quality management systems.
• Basic computer literacy for equipment interfaces, reporting, and tracking.
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools such as depth gauges, micrometers, and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, lamination systems, engraving systems, and/or card finishing equipment to produce high-quality components.
• Perform tacking operations with precision and in accordance with production requirements.
• Inspect and verify output quality at each stage, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production data, process parameters, and quality checks through ERP input tools or manual documentation.
• Flex between functions and workstations based on production demand or team capacity.
• Rapidly adapt to changes in workflow, priorities, and scheduling to support production goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and planners to address bottlenecks or resource gaps in our Lead Daily Management solution.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Report malfunctions or hazards promptly to minimize downtime and risk.
• Independently can select program files and adjust offsets according to material thickness

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on individual contributor production role requiring expertise in multiple manufacturing disciplines, including CNC machining, manual tacking, lamination, engraving, and card finishing. Pay Range

$19.38 - $31.01 Hourly

Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate’s qualifications.

Incentive Compensation
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual or quarterly incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
